Apple Pie In A Glass

¾ cup fat free or lowfat milk
1 1/2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate
1/4 cup fat free vanilla frozen yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in blender. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
